Looking for a Full-Time Wordpress & Graphic Design Expert

We are a successful and established Australian company specialising in eBay & Importing education. Our goal is to deliver world class education to our students, while taking the right people along the journey who have the same drive to help people, and have a positive mindset. This is a full-time, long-term position for the right, loyal staff member to join our existing and expanding Philippines team.


ABOUT YOU

The most important aspect we are looking for is the right positive attitude. We're looking for someone who loves the challenges a great position can offer, someone who works well with small teams of people and can overcome problems that may arise.

Your main role will be graphic, logo and branding design, for ebay store banners and ecommerce websites. You will know Wordpress inside and out and be able to think on your feet when a you face a new challenge.

You’ll be responsible and organised, checking your work twice, paying close attention to small details before completion and focusing on creating original designs to satisfy unique customer niches. You’ll thrive on keeping busy and be excited about taking on all sorts of different tasks.

We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven person to build a great working relationship with and to join our company long term.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

> Wordpress – Know Wordpress inside and out, from setting up database using CPanel to finalising the finishing touches of the website design.
> Cpanel, WHM and Gnom
> HTML & CSS
> Strong graphic design skills for:
- Graphic banners & ads
- Logo and branding concept and design
- Website design
- Converting your PSD Mockups to WordPress
> Modifying Wordpress themes using child themes
> We mainly base all our websites around Avada Theme, knowledge of this is an asset
> WooCommerce & ShopperPress, Ultra e-commerce platforms
> Ontraport, CRM software and Pilot Press, knowledge of email marketing systems and how they work
> Marketing Tools: Stealth Seminar, Webinar Jam, Go2Webinar, ClickFunnels


REQUIRED SOFTWARE
> Must be expert in using: Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver & Illustrator
> FTP Clients
> Basic video editing is an asset


WORKING CONDITIONS
> Friendly management and team environment (working with Australia and Philippines)
> Work hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm Brisbane, Australia time.
> LastPass for company password logins
> Be available at all times during work hours via Skype
> 30 Minute lunch break
> Reliable computer & hard drive storage – company will provide extra external HDD for backups
> Reliable and decent internet connection speed
> Paid twice a month via PayPal in agreed PHP salary.
> Mandatory use of TimeDoctor during work hours
> Above average English speaking skills
