Are you an appraiser VA, a real estate VA, or an administrative VA who wants to make an impact right away? Then we want YOU!

Pay is based off of experience and will be considered. As the business grows, future bonuses could be possible. Pay is semi-monthly.

The Appraisal Office Manager VA will be working mainly on back office administrative
tasks and customer service inquiries while making sure our real estate appraisal business runs smoothly. Some marketing and bookkeeping, and other appraisal business administrative tasks may be required. This is a full-time position
Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm EST (New York time zone). We honor some US public holidays and some public Filipino holidays (negotiable). Basic office training will be provided by the business owner. You’ll be working with the business owner and at times his appraisal field technician. As our business grows, you could have the opportunity to manage your own team of VAs to assist in handling administrative, customer service, and bookkeeping tasks.

Proficient Appraisal Services LLC was founded in 2013 and is located in Central West Virginia of the United States. Proficient Appraisal Services is still a one appraiser company that covers small rural areas within Central WV. That one appraiser is now ready to grow the appraisal business and is looking for an Appraisal Office Manager VA that can grow long term with the business.

Your daily responsibilities would include:
1. Schedule appraisal appointments by phone (Ring Central App) and update appointment scheduling confirmations to clients by email, online client portals, business website, and/or by phone (depending on the client). Also updating schedules on Google calendar app and Titan Office/TOTAL appraisal software by alamode.
2. Answer all daily phone calls during business ---------- cludes but is not limited to: new appraisal orders, status updates, getting driving directions, billing/invoices, web site inquires, scheduling, creating new client accounts, estimated appraisal fee quotes, estimated appraisal completion times, appraisal coverage areas, valuation disputes, client inquiries, and other general inquiries on behalf of the appraiser.
3. Reply, send, and organize the emails that come in. Remove spam.
Respond to emails. Save and Forward emails to main office email address for records and for electronic appraisal work files (if applicable). Includes uploading some documents into Google drive and Titan Office/TOTAL appraisal software by alamode.
4. Data Entry for appraisal reports, comparable sales data, electronic work files, invoices, Google calendar, business website, templates, Microsoft excel, Microsoft word, application documents, other apps, other business documents, and other miscellaneous administrative tasks.
5. Organize/Edit/Send/Receive appraisals, appraisal orders, client contact info, invoices/billing, credit card processing, and create/edit electronic appraisal work files in Titan Office/TOTAL appraisal software by alamode.
6. Research online records and uploaded documents for the appraisal ---------- cludes but is not limited to: Google maps, online public records, Multiple Listing Service (MLS), tax maps, aerial maps, topo maps, surveys, real estate taxes, deeds, deeds of trust, sales contracts, and other legal documents, etc.
7. Send a daily report through email, detailing completed
and ongoing tasks. This includes managing the appraisal orders in Titan Office/TOTAL appraisal software, business website appraisal orders, email appraisal orders, appraisal orders in client specific online portals, and some appraisal orders that come in directly by phone.
8. Additional tasks could include other administrative tasks related to the appraisal business as needed

To qualify for the position, you will need experience in the following:
1. Fluent in English (speaking & writing)
2. Customer service (phone and email)
3. Appointment setting
4. Data Entry
5. Time Management & Organized

At times we work in a fast paced industry. So it’s really important that
our Appraisal Office Manager VA would be:
1. A fast learner
2. Pays close attention to detail
3. Follow instructions
4. Some experience with Titan Office/TOTAL appraisal software (not required but a plus)
5. Some experience in viewing online Real Estate Documents (not required but a plus: Deeds, Maps, Tax Records, Sales Contracts, etc.)

In addition to having excellent English skills , you’ll need to use
the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an
expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with
most of them.
