****This role is centered around answering inbound text messages from people interested in selling their real estate, then determining value of the real estate and if their asking price is good or bad for us!****

You will:
1. Handle inbound SMS messages and sort into categories based on response.
2. Quickly value property and base response to inbound leads on value of property.
3. Direct answer leads asking for offers on their property.
4. Funnel qualified leads from initial responses to a sales manager for the close.

Requirements:
1. Fast Wi-Fi/Internet
2. Advanced proficiency in English writing and reading
3. Availability 10_00AM - 6_00PM EST time
