I am looking to add another person to our team. You would mostly be making cold calls. I will also set up leads to go to you first for a phone call before they are transferred to me.

You would also be proof reading other VAs articles/posts. Great grammar is crucial. Other tasks might be assigned to you, to make sure you have enough work for the week :)
