This position will be full time with the opportunity to take on more responsibilities and continue to grow in the company. This position will be on the operations track within the company, with a path to become the Operations Manager for one of our future locations.

What kind of work will you be doing?
Summit Maids exclusively focuses on residential cleaning. That means you’ll be working with many individuals and families to help schedule cleaning services for their homes and then coordinate our teams of cleaners to ensure that our cleaning teams arrive on time to the right location.
We’re here to try and help our clients live a better life, knowing that their home is being taken care of.
On a regular basis, you will be doing things like:
- Answering phone calls and
- Scheduling appointments from inbound calls
- Coordinating with cleaning teams to assign appointments
- Making outbound calls to update clients when things change with their appointments
- Working with our cleaning team to ensure that we have coverage for all business hours across all of our locations
- Monitoring and responding to inbound questions on our website live chat
- Processing and scheduling new appointment requests that come through the website
- Sending follow up
- Checking the weather forecast and adjusting appointments as necessary

Requirements
- A friendly attitude
- Fluent level English with minimal accent
- Access to a reliable internet connection & computer
- Comfortable talking on the phone
- Quick responsiveness
- Self-starter and able to think on your feet
- Ability to work independently, with minimal oversight
- Organized
- Good at logical thinking
- Cool under pressure
- High degree of empathy and deep understanding of customer service WITHOUT just reading a script
Work Hours
US Eastern Time Zone 12pm-8pm, Monday-Friday.
