Wordpress expert

I have a wordpress website that I developed which I need a wordpress expert to touch up. This person should be experienced in marketing techniques and able to emulate marketing models that I have provided.

I need someone who:
-speaks excellent English
-has significant experience developing wordpress sites
-is experienced with developing SEO websites
-has a knack for design and designing a website that will draw in customers
-can embed a purchase link and help me streamline my checkout page and menu
-can link this site to a wufoo checkout page with Paypal capability

This wordpress page will be designed based upon models that I have provided (we can work collectively but I have a certain framework in mind). If I can trust you and you do a great job, you will be in line for future work with me as I expand my business and begin other ventures.
