Be able to work part time 10am-1pm Monday thru Friday EST and be able to work Sat and Sunday.

Be able to perform Comparable Market Analysis

Determine a price to list when selling a home or a price to offer when buying a home or the ARV and AS-is value.

Be able to appointment Setting/ Cold Calling/ and Prospecting

Be able to make initial negotiations and discussing with the property owner about our offer proposal to purchase their property and to educate them on how we work and closed the deal on a timeline that works for them.

Accept pay via Payoneer ---------- other ways to pay will be considered.

Be able to use propstream and call tools with no supervision or training.
