Multimedia Designer

The Multimedia Designer manages the vision, planning and production for all visual and technical projects for SampleCompany, including setting up workflows for the recording, editing and delivery of videos, managing audio or video editing for landing pages and blog content, and supporting the optimization of all online content for search.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:
** Have strong visual brand identity and package design skills, with a demonstrable track record in designing packaging, product inserts, infographics and other identity assets
** Experience in typography, color, composition, compositing, key framing, and title design
** Pre-visualize and/or storyboard shot ideas based on scripts or project outlines
** Create various types of audio/video to tell stories across multiple platforms
** Be able to mix different media into a complete experience (video, graphics, music).
** Show competency in videography principles from scripting through final editing and show proficiency with branding guidelines.
** Perform non-linear editing using Final Cut or Adobe Premiere software and designs after effects as needed including motion graphics, layout, and animation
** Be able to select and use music to match the tone & style of episode/ story
** Be detail-oriented and possess a sophisticated editing style
** Knowledge of social media and how to engage audiences on digital platforms in the public space is essential to this role
** Ability to work with the team directly in edit sessions to assess needs and meet project requirements.
** Know how to properly maintain a digital archive
** Possess a strong attention to detail and time management skills, and be an organized team player
** Have experience working in a fast-paced environment on weekly deadlines

JOB DESCRIPTION INCLUDE:
** Design product packaging, inserts, web graphics (email newsletters, social graphics) and other brand collateral
** Working with our front end developer to create beautiful product/web pages that follow conversion first design for Wordpress and Clickfunnels
** Play a highly collaborative creative role in structuring new ideas and managing projects to completion
** Edit online video content for SampleCompany, including podcast episodes, testimonial videos and social videos
** Create and produce marketing videos and PR videos, as needed
** Sourcing photos, stock video and audio as needed for projects
** Create all multimedia content for social (audio / video / design)
** Edit and upload footage and maintain video logs and media storage
** Create motion graphics for video and understand latest social media video trends (ie Instagram Reels)

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
** Must have a combined 5+ years of experience in graphic design + video production
** Experience in the full adobe cloud, including in Design, Photoshop, Premier Pro and illustrator
** Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 45 wpm+)
** Excellent English skills, and able to communicate well both verbally and in writing
** Experience with remote team tools like Time Doctor, Slack, Trello, Google Suite, LastPass, Skype and Zoom
** Experience in Microsoft Teams strongly preferred

Work core hours are from 3 pm to 11 pm CST // 5 am to 1 pm PHT
This is a PART-TIME role (20 hours weekly) with a salary range of Php15,000-30,000 monthly, DOE.
This position will move to full time within a year. All full-time team members get 13th month and paid Filipino holidays.
