JOB OVERVIEW

Get on the ground floor with a remote position at Utah’s newest startup! Storyy is looking for an Appointment Setter who will perform outbound calls to cold leads to generate interest in our video-based service ---------- lling on warm MQL leads that have shown interest online to qualify them as sales leads for the Business Development team. This position will work closely with the Business Development sales team to provide feedback and refine the booked sales call demo quality.

Job Responsibilities:

-Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate high-quality leads.
-Work with the sales team to get MQL leads on the phone to schedule demo meetings for those leads identified as high intent.
-Document each call with notes or follow-up tasks as per company and departmental policies and procedures.
-Consistently follows up with potential clients in a timely manner if necessary.
-Demonstrate an aptitude for quality communication skills and phone sales, be able to ask for the next meeting, and suggest additional products or services increase sales and revenue when tasked.
-Apply a positive attitude in interactions with all potential clients. Be able to establish a positive rapport.
-Maintain and update a pipeline of potential clients with complete information so our team can best market to them with consideration of the prospect’s experience with Storyy.
-Identify and communicate opportunities for sales team process improvement, script changes, etc when you feel changes could benefit the team.

Requirements:

-Experience with outbound sales calls and working with a lead system to approach your lead list. 2 years of experience preferred, but not required.
-BPO experience is a PLUS
-Must have high-quality English verbal communication skills. Confident in speaking to US-based prospects without an accent affecting your effectiveness.

Equipment:

-Intel core i3 or equivalent.
-High-Quality Internet with Backup Internet option.
-A working webcam and noise-canceling headset.
-Amenable to work during 11 PM-8 AM (Philippine time)
-Amenable to work full time (40 hours per week)
