We are looking for an experienced user-experience (UX) designer who will be responsible for conceptualizing and conducting user research, interviews, and surveys, as well as translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. The UX designer will also be expected to collaborate with diverse teams to design the overall functionality of the product and iterate on it in accordance with user testing to ensure a great user experience.

Minimum Qualifications:
Expertise in standard UX software such as Figma, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite and the like is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
Problem-solving abilities and understanding with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for platforms such as desktop and mobile (Android and iOS).
Ability to lead and ideate products from scratch, as well as improve features in a user-centered design process.
Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design.
Portfolio and case studies showcasing several projects and your direct participation.

Preferred Qualifications:
At least four years of experience in UX design.
At least one year of experience directing UX design projects.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project managers, graphic designers, content writers, and stakeholders to understand needs and create thoughtful, creative ---------- e wireframes, flow diagrams, user stories, user journeys, mockups, and/or prototypes to communicate the user experience at various phases of the design ---------- corporate ongoing product experience updates based on user feedback and business requirements.
Advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements, and improvements.
