Experienced Marketing Manager Wanted

We are a design + marketing firm looking for a talented marketing assistant to help us out on a full time basis. We are looking for someone who has the following qualifications:

• Has a good eye for design – doesn’t have to be a designer but must know what looks good and what doesn’t and have a strong sense of style.
• Must understand the basic elements that go into any marketing piece such as ads, brochures, websites, emails etc…
• Must have experience with email marketing
• Experience with writing copy
• Must speak & write English well
• Strong communication skills
• Works well with deadlines and understands priorities
• Is very organized

Responsibilities will include:
• Working with designers to create beautiful ads and other marketing materials. You will not be doing any actual design work. Instead you will be giving the designer instructions & they will be designing the ads. You will work with the designer until you feel that the ad is perfect.
• Preparing and sending out emails thru email programs such as constant contact and icontact
• Maintaining email marketing calendar
• Coordinate the printing of various marketing materials such as business cards, brochures, flyers and more.
• Assisting the staff with any needs that come up

This is a full time job working US eastern standard time hours. We are looking for someone who is able to work from 9am – 6pm eastern standard time which is the overnight shift in the Philippines.
