Architectural Drafter

We are currently seeking to employ a motivated and proactive Architectural
Drafter for our Sydney Australia office


This role would be ideal for an individual seeking a challenging role
that will assist in preparing.
- Architectural presentation and working drawings.
- 3D Rendering
- Building Fly over and walk through movie presentation.
Qualifications & experience
? Minimum 2 years of experience in such presentations.
? Qualification in drafting/design or similar.
? Intermediate IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database systems
? Confident, organized and able to respond to work needs quickly.
? Strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English
? Strong time management skills & Ability to prioritize and multi-task
? Exceptional organizational skills & Have the ability to learn efficiently
? Follow instructions accurately & Excellent verbal communication skills.
? Able to work independently or as part of a team & A can-do attitude
? High attention to detail, including the ability to proofread and edit
documents.
Tasks & responsibilities
? All work will be remote, on-line in liaising with Australian work time
zone .
? Creating concept, planning and working drawings.
? Ensuring quality checks are carried out at each drawing stage
? Re-drawing provided plans to suit specifications
? Check provided changes to incorporate into plans
? Design and drafting of compliant building designs for council
submissions, Australian Authority Standards is highly advantageous.
? Preparing photoshop marketing material as required
? Ensuring designs achieve the performance level set by the company
? Check all structural documentation required to build, prior to
construction
? Proficient use of Revit and AutoCAD is a must.
? 3D Rendering proficiency is also a must.

This role is for a committed, enthusiastic individual seeking a long-term
opportunity. Pay will be negotiated, either on an hourly basis or based on per
project agreements.
