Sales & Customer Service Virtual Assistant

Hours: 40 hours (FULL TIME)
Monday - Friday
SPLIT SHIFT 6am-11am and 4pm-7pm

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales and Service Virtual Assistant for our expanding web design business!

Who are we?
We are a family owned business based in Brisbane Australia. We edit and build WordPress websites, mostly on Fiverr. We started in 2021, but have already seen huge growth and have 2 other contractors working for us and cannot wait for our third to join. Could it be you?

Role: Providing sales quotes and answering all customer enquiries on freelancing platforms and directories. Be the liaison between our developers and the customers.

Salary: $400 + 2.5% commission from sales (after platform commission)
Note: Your commission is paid out after you successfully complete your first 6 months in role, and then fortnightly with your salary going forward.

Because most of our clients are from the USA, the volume of enquiries will come through first thing in the morning and in the early evening. We ask that all enquiries are answered promptly and the ‘answer rate’ on Fiverr and similar platforms doesn’t exceed an average of 3 hours.

Your role will include:
Daily monitor and reply to all customer inquiries
Other sales generation activities
Provide customers with information and custom quotes
Enter all jobs into Jira (Project Management software)
Send customer design briefs
Liaise between developer and customer throughout the build process
Once approved internally, submit the work to the customer for signoff.

You will need:
Natural written English
Good project coordination skills
Intermediate knowledge of WordPress websites, themes and plugins
A hunger to make sales!
