VA Coach

Your new positions will be to help our coaching team for new VAs coming on and teaching them the lessons provided. We focus on the Real Estate Photography industrie. We will be training other VAs in the industry's best practices for being an AMAZING VA for their team. We are looking for someone for long term. You will be learning and teaching anything from Basic photoshop edits, 3d tours, customer service, emails, text, FB messages, social media, sales and marketing to problem solving. Training will be provided for you. Trainings will all be done via Zoom 1-2 times a day. You will help built out a training program along with making improvements as needed

Teaching/ coaching background would be preferred but not required
Be able to provide feedback daly
Not afraid to ask questions
Great english
Minimum 40 hours and idea schedule Monday-Friday
Yearly review with potential raises
Able to use time proof
