General Virtual Assistant

We are looking to hire a skilled Virtual Assistant to assist us with various operations and support our team while working remotely. The virtual assistant's responsibilities will also include designing our website's pages using Divi, writing content for our courses, researching tools to further improve our business, and willingness to learn the basics of building an app.

To ensure success as a General Virtual Assistant, you should have a good eye for designs and aesthetics, excellent with content writing, and familiar with the technical aspects of the website. Ultimately, a top-class General Virtual Assistant can create attractive, user-friendly pages that perfectly meet our design and functionality specifications, excellent in research, and are willing to expand their skills and learn app development.


General VA Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Project Manager to research the process of building an app for the Mental Health firm
- Designing and building website pages using Divi Builder
- Researching and implementing app functionalities that the client envisions for her business
- Writing content for e-learning courses and app
- Monitoring the performance of the website and app
- Designing images to be used for the app and courses
- Other Ad-hoc tasks

ABOUT YOU:

For this position, you must possess the following qualities to be successful:

WordPress VA Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in psychology, marketing, computer, or any related course. A psychometrician is a bonus!
- Proven work experience building websites through Divi Builders
- Excellent visual design skills
- Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics
- Creative and open to new ideas
- Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques
- Familiar with SEO
- Knowledge of building an app from scratch or using an app software (Preferably, but willing to learn if no experience yet)
- Comfort with building online courses (I.e. Teachable, Kajabi, etc.) is a plus
- Email Marketing Experience with Mailchimp is a Bonus!
