Online Marketing Project Manager

Job Description:

• Lead online marketing campaigns that touch on the different stages in the user journey with scale in mind while maintaining cost efficiencies
• Awareness: ensure maximum reach of ads, ad recall, and video view rates
• Consideration: drive app installs and convert these users to register in the app
• Conversion: increase user retention through purchase
• Achieve maximum campaign impact with cost efficiency through the following:
• In-charge of end-to-end process from ideation, coordination with different teams, to ensuring smooth implementation of ads
• Should have a balance of creative and analytical skills to ensure thumb stopping creatives and out of the box campaign messaging while being grounded on data to support the proposals
• Should have strong analytical skills to bridge performance in-app with market trends and external digital landscape
• Maximize the different strengths of online platforms such as Facebook, Google, Tiktok, and other third party platforms
• Harvest leads to expand current roster of online partners to achieve scale outside social media channels and assess viability of each partner
• Be the go-to person for questions on digital channels which includes campaign best practices, tracking and measurement

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Advertising or related field required
• 3 to 5 years of experience in digital ads strategy and implementation
• Extensive experience and knowledge with Facebook Ad manager, Google AdWords and digital platforms
• Advanced Excel skills, experience with analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights
• Outstanding communication skills in collaborating with diverse, multi-functional teams
• Knowledge in user experience online is a plus as it helps lessen friction points from seeing an ad to the actual business value (installs, registers, orders, etc.)
• Able to communicate and present well to different audiences and speak their language-- have a firm grasp of technical and operational know hows for working teams and at the same time communicate topline key metrics to stakeholders
• Team player, passionate, pro-active and has a sense of urgency.
