PPC / SEO Manager

US based Digital Marketing Agency seeking a home-based PPC/SEO Manager. We have 3 employees in the Philippines and seeking to grow our team further. Candidate must work US hours, 8-5PM (PST), This is a permanent full time position. If you want to work for a fast growing, challenging hard working team this is it.

Required 5 years relevant experience:
• Expert in all aspects of Google Adwords (certification preferred)
• Intermediate in Yahoo, Bing, and other search advertising platforms. Bonus if managed search campaigns in other languages like Spanish, German, Russian etc.
• Expert in all aspects of Facebook ads.
• Intermediate in Youtube and other social advertising platforms.
• Intermediate in tools like Google Analytics, Conversion Tracking, Call Tracking
• Familarity with A/B testing or Heatmapping tools like Optimizely or Crazyegg

Bonus:
• Experience with syndication channels, affiliate marketing, email marketing, classified ads a plus, but not required.
• Experience with “Direct Response” or advertiser accounts with lead generation or ecommerce goals preferred.

Required Capabilities
• Ad copywriting. Must have fluent written English. Must write effective engaging ad, headline and body copy.
• Keyword research. Must find top profitable keywords from tools, screen scrape & competitors
• Troubleshooting. Able to work independently to solve any operating problem like tracking, account, ad approval
• Preparation. Create detailed monthly reports to clients and provide actionable insights with strategy change and implementation plan for following month.
• Research. Able to stay informed on current trends, industry specific conditions, and make changes to strategy as necessary.
• Analysis. Ability to understand entire conversion system including media planning, keyword selection, ads, landing pages, lead conversion, crm and sales funnel- discover and implement optimizations that increase overall ROI.
