JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a professional and friendly individual to join our team as an administrative support member.

The core duties and responsibilities of an APS revolve around customer service and supporting others.

The job duty requires performing a variety of tasks, such as:

- Answer phone calls/reply to texts and provide callers with great customer service
- Schedule appointments, if needed, and maintain scheduling calendar
- Maintain and update client portal and database
- Coordinate and manage clinical documentation for client files
- Submit documents to external organizations or clients by email, fax or text

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Computer skills, proficient with MS Office and Google Docs applications (Word, Excel, -PowerPoint,)
- Excellent English verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality for client files and company records in portal
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professionalism while collaborating with other staff
- Punctual and responsible
- Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Experience with medical/clinical databases
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
