We are seeking a skilled and proficient individual to join our team as an administrative support member.
The AFS will coordinate and perform tasks to support client payments and insurance management
Principle Duties:
- Maintain confidentiality of company, visitors and customer information.
- Issue, manage and update client portal, invoices and insurance claims in a timely order.
- Coordinate and confirm payables and receivables of client and insurance payments.
- Contact payors and maintain client financial records for safety, medical and HIPAA compliance.
- Answer and reply to insurance, financial or portal questions and issues by phone and
- Communicate with Clinicians and clients on all levels–entry to discharge regarding accounts..
- Education: Bachelor preferred, but not required; Accounting experience preferred.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of Accounts Receivable or equivalent experience
- Team player, detail oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Docs, and Bookkeeping.
- Good communication skills, must read, write and understand the English language proficiently.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Punctual and responsible
- Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude and great interpersonal skills
