Objectives:
1.To improve response times to non urgent and urgent service related enquiries from our guests and renters through direct communication or via 3rd party platforms
2.To add value to the customer relation and customer contact process and improve review scores
3.To deal with on and off line enquirers especially longer stay with a view to move towards them confirming their stay and improving overall occupancy of our properties
4.To assist with loading new properties onto Booking platforms along with pricing, administration and marketing
5.To work with our Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to ensure properties and rooms are ready for guest arrivals6.To assist or

Tasks:
1.To handle the day to day communication with customers via
1.1 Check on line booking platforms for customer queries, and questions
1.2 To monitor and respond to
1.3 To be on hand for any what’s app and
2. To look after the customer contact process pre, during and after stay (30%)2.1 To ensure the customer has total clarity from reservation through to leaving the property
2.2 To track issues related to the customer experience where needed
2.3 To ensure all guests have the necessary entry codes to properties prior to arrival

2.4 To do any follow up questionnaires with customers once left properties
3.To handle all sales related enquiries from potential customers (20%)
3.1 To support the existing sales team with existing enquiries
3.2 To receive and handle all long and short stay enquiries with the aim of turning them into firm bookings.
4.To Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams in preparation for Guest arrivals (20%)
4.1 To focus on the readiness of new arrivals into property based on historic maintenance and liaising with housekeepers
4.2 To handle post departure checks, identifying any issues and updating sales team and Reservation System when necessary
4.3 To assist in scheduling post departure maintenance with UK teams
5.To assist with updating internal and external platforms for enquiries (15%)
5.1 To handle all new properties added or removed from books 5.2 To add all pictures, videos, content for new properties 5.3 To add new pricing and promotions to booking platforms 5.4 To compare our pricing with competitors and advice changes
6. To provide reports needed to support the sales function
