E-Commerce Specialist

About Us: The Capsule.Shop is a new fashion and lifestyle online brand, focused on minimalist living. We are actively looking for a fully remote e-Commerce Specialist with a proven track record in online marketing, Amazon Affiliates experience and a strong drive for results. This is a long term position, which will likely expand to other online product niches and brands.

Responsibilities:
? Engaging in Growth Marketing to increase ROI
? Creating content, running various email & ad campaigns and reporting results
? Product Research, Monitoring and Updating our Product Catalogue
? Managing our WordPress Site to flag any issues to our IT team
? Presenting KPIs to senior management on a daily basis with relation to sales activities
? Administrative and other activities (e.g. invoicing)

Requirements:
???? Deep experience with Amazon Affiliates and/or FBA
???? Strong work ethic and being comfortable with extreme accountability
???? Comfortable making a large volume of calls and emails
???? Excellent numeracy, verbal and written communication skills
???? Strong computer skills, fast internet connection and a modern computer
