Existing database of 40,000 which our top sales guys can no longer service properly so we need a team of up and coming sales people who can work their way through and find the hidden diamonds.
Job description
A. ROLE PURPOSE
Make outbound calls/emails/WhatsApp to existing database of domestic and international leads, to re-engage/re qualify and upsell to a portfolio meeting. Log relevant lead information to enable the accuracy of data to improve the customer experience and the integrity of database.
B. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES (Overview)
· First class communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
· Sales experience within a structured and target-based environment.
· Demonstrable experience in achieving targets within a sales environment.
· Ability to work independently and own initiative.
· An ability to communicate, negotiate and influence effectively.
· Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload accordingly.
· Building rapport with potential clients.
· Conduct all contacts in a polite, helpful, sincere and professional manner.
· Make every client interaction positive.
· Objection handle effectively.
· Demonstrate an ability to listen to the potential client so that you can lead them in the right direction.
· Demonstrate appropriate soft skills i.e. voice pitch, tone, pace, volume, etc.
· Accurately capture the information provided by potential clients.
· Updating CRM and capturing relevant customer information to enable the business to provide customer insight.
· Be able to work as part of a team and be an active contributor to tea
· Be aware of your responsibilities under the Data Protection Act/GDPR.
· Any other duties commensurate with the post as directed by management.
C. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge)
Essential
· A minimum of 12 months outbound sales experience
· Ability to contribute as Part of a successful team

We are a medium-sized property consultancy with a new Build and Off Plan Sales as well as lettings and management arm of around 1300 properties in the UK. Our owner is based in Singapore. Our General Manager in Singapore is Filipina (Richel) and Owners are Aussie (Brett and Arlene, who is half Filipina) and Himansu, your direct report is married to a Filipina.
We are not your usual estate agency in that the majority of our business is selling new build and off plan developments as well as managing them.
Salary would be full time monthly with 13th month paid on the anniversary of your year or Christmas (pro-rata).
