QUALIFICATIONS:

BS Nursing Graduate and must be licensed
Proficient in computer applications
Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience as Company Nurse is an added advantage
New-licensed Nurses are welcome to apply

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Performs first aid treatment to all employees of the Company.
Create Health and Safety Programs for the Company.
Act as member for the Health and Safety Committee
Monitor health condition of employees
Conduct vaccination and other procedures as needed
Facilitate Compensation and Benefits activities
Assists in Recruitment and other HR jobs
Processes Disciplinary Actions
Attend to employees concerns from time to time
