Amazing Supply Chain Manager

We represent new and trendy products. We sell our products in different stores and big chains in the US. We are looking for someone who can help us on three levels:

1. Organize the logistics
- Manage the production facilities
- Coordinate the transport of goods from the production facilities to distributors, stores, and chains

2. Interact with potential distributors and potential stores
- Introduce them to our products
- Send out product samples
- Follow up with them and make sure that they can be converted to be our clients

3. Manage accounts
- Organize the accounts and their inventory
- Take on-going orders from the clients
- Make sure that the orders are distributed in stores and distributors on time

In audition, internally, you will develop and document the procedures you do on a daily basis. When the foundation is set, you can plan and hire additional tea ---------- mbers to help you with the activities you started.

We seek somebody who has the ability to negotiate and communicate effectively. Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills to ensure seamless coordination of numerous channels, and a focus on the needs of the customer are required for this position. > Build relationships between the production facilities, stores, and distributors to close profitable deals and create mutual satisfaction
> Organize the supply of products, inventory, and facilitate the orders to make sure we fulfill the requirements
> Great organization and record-keeping abilities and a customer-oriented approach
> communication and negotiation skills
> We want somebody who can communicate with the production facilities, endorse their products to stores and distributors without being salesy
> Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in
> Anticipate the needs of clients and communicate with them over calls and emails, make recommendations as appropriate, and address their needs with the right solutions
> Understand the business and its processes (specifically in a fast-moving sales and marketing environment), and provide a measurable performance report of all sales activities, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
> Manage and update our project management tool, Asana
> Prepare and present sales progress reports
> Must be knowledgeable in Google Drive, email, Gdocs, Gsheets, etc.
> Able to work with minimal supervision
> Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements and Qualifications:
> At least 3 years of experience in the fields of sales, logistics, and project management
> Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen, quickly build rapport; and has proven track record in closing deals with clients
> Excellent oral and written communication skills
> Able and willing to work night shift (9 pm to 6 am your time) from Monday to Friday
> Stable internet AND backup internet available

> Must be very organized, detailed, and patient!
