The Guest Manager (GM) is responsible for creating the best experience possible for new and existing guests looking to stay in a property provided by Luxe Your Stays. The GM will report directly into the Director of Guest Management and support with the admin side of the operations liaising with the cleaning, property management and linen team. They will also help to generate more bookings by nurturing our existing guests and partner companies.
Tasks Included:
- Answering the phone to guests
- Calling Guests
- Liaising with the management team
- Creating Bookings
- Invoicing Guests
- Following Up With Guests
- Completing data entry to help generate more bookings
- Messaging Guests
- Responding to Inquiries
