Technical Project Manager

If so then you may be the Technical Project Manager that we’re looking for!

You will join a small team of people who work on custom Internet-based software solutions for different US Clients across multiple industries. As Project Manager, your job will be to manage the overall health of your projects and to ensure that everything we deliver is of the highest quality. You will work with Designers, Developers, Architects, and Analysts located onsite, remote, and offshore. You will utilize agile practices to work effectively with companies across various growth stages.

Skills
We want someone who can dig into the technical details without losing sight of the bigger picture, and use that ability to coordinate multiple aspects of a delivery. We don’t expect you to be a Developer, but we do expect you to be able to think like one. You should understand enough different technologies and architectures to be able to identify and resolve project dependency issues without oversight. This ability should come natural to you.

Requirements
* At least 3 years of experience in project management and client delivery
* Experience delivering projects using one or more agile methodologies
* Experience planning and delivering custom software projects
* Knowledge of SDLC and CI/CD concepts (even better if hands-on)
* Experience as a release manager (managing agile software deliveries)
* Have an active mindset and positive attitude (be laid-back, but not lazy)
* Have excellent communication skills in English

Responsibilities
* Client Communications: Assist Clients directly, or indirectly by connecting them to the right people
* Planning: Plan out all activities for your projects for the month and track each activity on a daily and weekly basis
* Status Reports: Create weekly and monthly status reports to share with project stakeholders
* Performance Reports: Convert weekly status reports into individual performance reports to track individual progress
* Mentoring: Use status and performance reports to help individuals grow their abilities
* Availability: We are a ROWE so you can do whatever you want whenever you want as long as the work gets done in a timely manner

* $10.00 USD per hour (rate is negotiable based on experience)
* Quarterly Bonuses (based on individual performance)
* Annual Bonuses (based on company profits)
