We are an IT company that provided IT Support and Services remotely. The position you will be applying for is:
- Experience in Computer Technical support with ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issue.
- Answer help desk support calls
- Create and update help desk support tickets help desk ticketing system, troubleshoot and fix computer hardware\software issues remotely.
- Quicker learner, organized, punctual with time, has communication and time management skills.
- English - C2 (Advanced/Mastery)
Here are some of the work from home requirements:
- Quite working area
- Stable Computer with dual monitor
- Stable primary high-speed internet connection and secondary internet backup
- Working headset, mic and mobile smartphone connected to wifi
- Web cam for when we have meeting with the whole team about help desk tickets and company updates.
- Hours Monday-Friday / 8:00am-5pm US/Central Time Zone
- Must be able to communicate clearly in English (speaking, chatting and writing)
- Have computer technical troubleshooting experience
This is a Full Time salary position. MON-FRI / 8AM – 5PM Central Time
