Who are we looking for?
The Listing Coordinator is an individual who is outgoing, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic. They have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of Upgrade to see actual info addition, they demonstrate on a daily basis the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high achiever who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, and seeking win-win agreements. The Listing Coordinator must be adaptable to change and be solutions-oriented. They will be a part of the entire contract-to-close process, ensuring transactions are listed and closed efficiently and effectively, with little or no hassle to clients and third parties. This individual must be proactive, organized, and provide exceptional customer service with outstanding communication skills as they will be both client-facing and overseeing the Transaction Coordinator, as well as the Field Coordinator on the team.

What will you do?

-Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire closing process
-Implement strategies to create a seamless customer experience throughout a transaction
-Manage and oversee the Transaction Coordinator and Field Coordinator

Essential duties and responsibilities:
-Act as liaison between real estate agents, clients, vendors, escrow companies, and mortgage brokers during the process of a real estate sale and effectively oversee all administrative tasks done by Transaction Coordinator that is involved in launching a property and closing a sale
-Stay on top of timelines and work with the Transaction Coordinator to follow up with individuals as needed to ensure all deadlines are met and contingencies are released
-Communicate with tenants for inspections and walkthroughs, relaying any crucial information to Field Coordinator
-Communicate regularly with the client to send them reminders, check in, and let them know what to expect in each step from the Upgrade to see actual infont the listing agreement is signed to closing of a transaction
-Establish relationships with all third parties including lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and all agents in order to ensure a smooth closing process and share relevant information
-Know status of all transactions at any given time for all questions that arise throughout the transaction process
-Stay in good communication with the agent if any issues arise that they need to handle or negotiate
-Coordinate closing date, time, and location and notify all parties
-Ensure Transaction Coordinator follows up with clients after the sale to check in and request a testimonial

Management responsibilities:
-Work with head Virtual Assistant to oversee Transaction Coordinator
-Oversee and help manage Field Coordinator

Compensation
