Team leader
As team leader, you are in charge of the daily management of one of the teams within the Upgrade to see actual info is your responsibility to ensure that the customer support staff provides good customer service. We are looking for someone who can lead, inspire, motivate and develop a team. You are someone who monitors, analyses and improves processes. The goal is to bring the support team and the organisation to an even higher level.

Your tasks will include
Quality control: you monitor and control the quality of the sent mails. You identify and resolve bottlenecks.
Customer contact: you respond to customers via slack and maintain contact, so that we can offer them the best possible service. You also onboard current and new customers and set up workflows, translate them and keep them up to date.
Planning: you are responsible for the schedule and ensure an even distribution of the Upgrade to see actual infolegating: you give tasks to the team, while you are responsible for the quality.
Managing: supporting, managing, coaching and motivating teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to work towards general goals.
Training: you work closely with the trainer in the organisation. You ensure that current employees are getting training where necessary, and complete the training of new employees.
Assessing: You evaluate results and conduct performance interviews with the employees in the team.
Reporting: you are in close contact with the management and keep them frequently informed about progress, processes and numbers. You can effectively incorporate feedback into the organisation.
Optimising processes: You are continuously working on optimising the processes to support the growth of the company.


Skills of a Team leader
The Team Leader takes care of and takes responsibility for the performance of the team, and is the one who is held accountable for shortcomings in the implementation of policies and processes. You feel comfortable in the role of link between management and support staff. You serve as a resource for support staff and communicate feedback to management.
