You will have the mission of filling the open IT vacancies of our clients to push our ---------- order to develop our Headhunting unit we are looking for a Full Time IT Recruiter.

What we expect from you:

- Building, maintaining and further developing your own customer network.
This mainly involves contact with IT Managers, CTOs, Technical Leads or CEOs.
You advise and assist these people in their search for talented developers.

- You proactively approach responsible persons within organizations that are not yet using us to present our ---------- this way you further expand your network.

- Based on all open vacancies that we handle and companies that we assist, you direct a search for suitable candidates. You listen to the career wishes of these people and guide and advise them in the next step.

- You negotiate during the final steps about contract conditions and the salary proposal, you dare to adjust expectations where necessary, but always from a strong integrity.

What you need to succeed

- Experience of working the full recruitment cycle
- Experience working with senior stakeholders
- Experience with candidate engagement and/or headhunting
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English, French is a plus

-We will offer you a base salary + commission.
