We have an exciting sales role and we’re looking for a superstar to snap it up :)
It’s a great role for someone who loves sales and building relationships, and would like the school holidays off (paid).
Who are we and what do we do?
At Heads Up we specialise in helping schools become outstanding. Schools that work with us are 4 times more likely to achieve the Ofsted outstanding grade than the average.
Heads Up was founded in 2011 and has grown every year since.
You can find out more about us here: Joining Team Heads Up
The role: Heads Up Sales & Relationship Manager
To do well in this position, you will be in love with sales as an act of service, a quick learner, and a skilled communicator and will use this to help our wonderful headteachers and their schools be more successful.
Who we are looking for
We’re looking for the right person to support our headteachers to know if the Heads Up ‘Journey to Outstanding’ programme is right for them.
And we are looking for a superstar: someone who overachieves (because they work smarter rather than harder) and is aligned with our values.
We have integrity:
We show respect and honesty in our words and actions, we do the right thing, even when no-one is looking and we always act with the best of intentions.
For us integrity is like a chiropractic alignment it’s where:
our thoughts align with our words
and our words align with our actions.
Leading with love:
We lead with love in all our interactions: with the schools we work with, within our own team and even in the hard interactions, like difficult conversations.
Because we understand that even in the most difficult situations we are talking to a person who is someone's child and who deserves kindness and love.
Evolving excellence:
Like a Formula 1 racing team we strive to keep evolving excellence where it matters most.
We aim for high excellence in all we do for ourselves and for others, and so we are willing to learn from our mistakes, take risks, keep learning, to review all that we do and keep trying to be better than before.
After all, we're all a work in progress.
We don’t just ‘say’ these are our values. We live by them and use them all the time - to recruit the right people, manage individual performance, recognise good practice, and make decisions.
Is this role right for you?
If you answer ‘Yes’ to all the below, this role is perfect for you!
Do you love to help people, you’re great at really listening and asking the right questions?
Do you ask questions to understand how you can make a greater impact and do even better in your role?
Do you seek ways to continuously develop yourself personally and professionally?
Are you motivated by achieving goals and targets with integrity?
Are you interested to learn more about high performance cultures?
Would you like to work in a fast-growing training provider and make a real difference to education?
Do you enjoy speaking with people on the phone and online?
Are you proficient at communicating in verbal and written English?
Do you love 'going the extra mile' to deliver outstanding customer service?
Are you looking to work full-time (40 hours per week) and want to work remotely?
Experience in sales is beneficial but not necessary. We’re looking for the right person for the role and we’ll teach you the rest.
