We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator/Interviewer to join our team. This role is highly involved in our hiring process, managing job ads performance, conducting interviews and screening calls which involve highly in finding the right candidate that aligns with our company culture.

You will be reporting directly to assist the company’s Director and work alongside with Finance and Operations personnels.

Have prior experience as interviewer or working with Australian market is critical
Otherwise, please provide compelling experience and relevant skills that are transferable to our needs.

- Naturally high energy, a people person & effortless to communicate
- Naturally have impression of professionalism and being objective
- Capacity to understand psychology, human needs & behaviour over the phone
- Great questioning skills to discover the right information
- Integrity of your intention that reflect on your actions
- Independent - to initiate all task and follow through to completion
- Attention to detail - All details must be carry out accurately
- Organise - Well plan, structured and thoughtful
- Problem Solver - take on challenge, initiate and solution driven


Work Arrangement - Commitment we looking for
- Follow Australian hours and holidays
- Available to work between 9am - 5p ---------- lbourne time
- Responsive and available during working hours
- at least 6 hours work day, 5 days per week

- Conduct screening and interview calls
- Job Ads Management
- OnBoarding & OffBoarding process
- Create, update & review hiring procedure
- Continuous Improvement (personal and professional capacity)
