Looking for an AMAZING and HIGHLY-PRODUCTIVE customer service agent who can also help me with community management.

We are a fast-growing digital marketing company that needs a personal assistant to keep myself (the founder) on track and moving forward on all projects at once!

Here's what I'll need:

- MOST IMPORTANT PART: Be a buffer in between me and my social media inboxes and other distractions. I don't want to log into my email or social media inboxes EVER and need someone who can respond to incoming messages without being a robot

- Posting on social media for me (posts will be provided for you, I just don't want to log in)

- Organizing, writing and sending emails

- Research (competition and keywords)

- Data entry

- Help with social media channels

- Help monitoring software and CRM databases

- Communication between my project manager and myself

IMPORTANT: Keep me focused on the weekly targets I want to hit and

- Make sure everything is moving ahead of schedule

- Make sure I don't end up with too much on my plate at once

You'll have to be open to doing LOTS of things inside of this role and also spontaneous projects that come up too.

Above all with this, I need someone who is on point and can keep me moving forward in all areas at once while making sure progress is being made, and just being SHARP and not missing anything.

You will need to answer some emails, respond to clients and vendors (graphic designers, copywriters, etc).

All training will be provided for you and we will always be willing to improve our trainings if you have questions our training doesn't answer that we need to add.

We are very good at providing the feedback you will need to grow in this career.

Ample opportunity to learn new things will be provided for you every week.

*Some absolute MUST haves to qualify for this position*:

- Be Fluent in English (You WILL need to be on the phone sometimes)

- Have a Friendly personality

- Have a love of learning

- Pay attention to details

- Be proactive and self-motivated

- Be comfortable working with business owners (can't be easily intimidated)

- Can't get overwhelmed by too many tasks

- You will need to check our project management software throughout the day

- Be serious about your career

- Be a creative problem solver

- Must be an Implementer! Someone that drives results

- MUST HAVE Stable internet

- Must type quickly

- Be accountable and don't make excuses, just improve mistakes

- You must always communicate the state of your current situation. If unable to work, say why, when and how they will compensate for any missed time and never have to be chased down.

- Open and proactive communication is an absolute must.
This is one thing we will not teach, you must have it already.

- When things are slow, you will be given training tasks so that you can improve your skills and talents.

- Majored in English in college

- Have previous management training and experience

- Have an interest in marketing

- Have a high ability to focus (not easily distracted)
