Wordpress Wizard - Help Design Websites & Ongoing Marketing Help

I have 3 websites (2 coaching service based and one e-commerce) that I’d like to set up/build along with ongoing maintenance and marketing. My goal is to build organized, systemized businesses not only for myself, but my clients as well.

Nearly all training will be provided. If you’re not familiar with something, I will provide the steps and specific instructions to help you through - as long as you can follow checklists, have good organizational skills, attention to detail, and technical knowhow.

I’m looking for someone who has these qualities:

- Love checklists and working in a structured environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Tech-comfortable (very familiar with WordPress development and some programming/coding)
- Solid grasp of design (mainly visually appealing and conversion (CRO) focused web design)
- Some Marketing skills (email, direct, social media) and/or the willingness to learn
- Good grasp of English (copywriting, direct marketing and writing skills a huge bonus)

I’d like you to handle:

- Build website(s): I’ll provide a page by page overview for the look, design and layout. I’d also like to use ThriveThemes.com to build the sites (tutorial videos are provided on their site).
- Setting up conversion focused landing pages for myself and clients.
- Some design work (logos, artwork, site layout, etc.)
- Miscellaneous tasks such as technical set up of programs, office admin, programming, automation, webmaster tools, etc.

Time commitment:

Initially, 20 hours a month to start (5+ hours per week) with the possibility of more - pending on your level of skill & ability to handle tasks. You’d start right away and be placed on a 30-day trial.

Ideally, I’d like to get two sites set up right away. If you work more to get them done (and am good at it), then I’ll pay you for your work (i.e. If you take 20 hours and one week to finish one site, then I’ll pay you the below salary for that week. I’ll then get you going on the next and pay you once again for the additional hours you’ve worked.).

Payment:

Php 8,000.00 - 10,000.00Php/month ($173 - $216), but if you move fast and show competence in getting the tasks done, we can work something out.
