Operations Manager - email and lead generation focus

Hello, I am Zack. I run a marketing agency and have several clients. Currently, I am doing everything myself along with a virtual assistant. I need someone to eventually take over operations, including eventually taking over Lead generation, email marketing, sales, and client communication.

About the job:
1. Planning - we will plan tasks that need to get done for the month, and day.
2. Writing - we need to design email sequences that are well-written, catch, and unique.
3. Communication with clients - crafting emails based on what we have done
4. Management - managing freelancers and projects
