Youtube Video Editor & Thumbnail Creator

I am in the process of purchasing a youtube channel and I need someone to edit videos and create thumbnails for those videos. My business model is based on youtube automation so I want to make and post 12- 20 in the next 30 days. I need someone with a good understanding of YouTube Copywrite claims and how to navigate around them. They have to be able to source high-quality videos and images as well as fair use copyrighted material.

I would like them to create 1 video initially as a test so please tell me your fee for 1 video, 12 and 20 videos.

After the first month of probation, I would like us to move fair monthly price.
