Ecommerce Store Admin

We are an E-Commerce company currently active in the United States. We specialize in selling retail goods on online ecommerce platforms. We mostly use Shopify, Ebay. We need someone highly experienced with Ebay and Shopify and we are currently looking for a great individual to add to our company and help with growing it

*Salary is based on experience and can be increased with excellent job performance


QUALIFICATIONS:

Well qualified candidates should have prior experience working at a similar online Shopify and Ebay company for about 1 year or more. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF NO EXPERIENCE. Must be able to work unsupervised, complete tasks fully without issues, and solve problems on your own ---------- ndidate must be familiar with finding profitable products, product research for listings, product titles, descriptions, and pricing. Experienced with manual order processing and inventory monitoring with Skugrid. Respond to customer inquiries, and following up on messages. This role would be mostly being in total control of the ecommerce store.


TASKS INCLUDE:

- Monitoring inventory daily
- Simple Photoshop image editing
- Able to find a profitable product, create a great title with keywords, provide item description and publish on the site without errors.
- Using Google Spreadsheets or Excel to record new orders and links from suppliers
- Responding to message inquiries
- Uploading all tracking numbers when received from suppliers in email
- Ordering the products from suppliers website.
