JOB OVERVIEW

Brandcasters, Inc. is a growing company with the highest ethics and guiding principles, values its employees who produce quality work, and are loyal to the company. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and serious about their work, be able to show some experience, and be willing to continually learn and improve. This is a full-time position, and the working schedule is to be determined during onboarding.

Responsibilities:
-Perform Customer Service Tasks with the highest class
-Address customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner
-Interact with customers in email and ensure that all valid customer concerns are being dealt with immediately.
-Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Qualifications:
-Excellent communication Skills (verbal/non-verbal).
-Able to use positive language in a conversation.
-Attentive and has eye for detail and accuracy.
-Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic.
-Problem-solving skills. High emotional intelligence and patience.
-Ability to work as part of a ---------- puter literate.
-Creative and resourceful. Highly organized.
-Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
-Other qualifications that CSR should possess (see CSR Qualifications)
