JOB OVERVIEW

We’re seeking an Editorial Product Manager who can manage a team of freelance writers and create content across a variety of platforms. If you are a stickler for grammar, have experience managing a team and meeting regular deadlines, this position is for you! This position may be performed remotely.

Roles and Responsibilities :

* Lead or assist in the development of new products including books, guides, magazines, newsletters and other editorial projects.
* Manage a team of freelance writers and in-house designers to complete various editorial projects.
* Act as the point person for editorial questions and concerns.
* Edit and proofread content for grammar/readability (emails, blog posts, magazine and newsletter copy, sales pages and other miscellaneous content as needed).
* Write content as needed for the aforementioned publications/outlets.
* Research various topics related to real estate and other professional industries to become familiar with our customers and what they want — eventually, you should be able to think like a Realtor.

Skill Requirements, Education, and Experience :

* A mastery of the English language and a proficient handle on spelling and grammar.
* Project management skills - We are looking for someone who can take an assignment and see it through every phase until completion, collaborating with the necessary tea ---------- mbers to ensure it’s completed to the highest quality.
* The ability to come up with creative content and execute it to a high level.
* An eye for design and the ability to give feedback on designed projects.
* An ability to work quickly and efficiently to create content, without impacting quality.
* Vulnerability to seek and consider feedback on your work from coworkers.
* A self-starter and motivator — We HATE micromanaging and want to work with people who can get started on their own, manage their own tasks, etc.
* A positive attitude and willingness to work with others.
* Familiarity with real estate (not required but a bonus)

Required Home Office Set-up :

* Computer should have at least 8GB RAM
* Internet speed of at least 10mbps for both upload & download
* USB Type of Headset
* Isolated working space
