RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
During your time at Transworld, you will be responsible for:
Recasting the financials of multiple businesses using their P&Ls and Tax Returns
Creating valuations for business clients using comps (comparable businesses sold)
Researching our client’s businesses in order to create detailed business reports
Editing business reports in order to make them more comprehensive and informative
Formatting and editing business reports in order to make them more visually appealing
Using our proprietary CRM to enter clients and track their activities
Following up with brokers and clients in order to track down
Keeping files organized and named consistently our filing systems
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Highly proficient in Spreadsheets (Excel and Google Sheets) - Mandatory
Highly proficient in math, logic and analytic problem solving - Mandatory
Highly proficient in Google Doc formatting, editing and visual design - Mandatory
Proficient in Quickbooks Online - Preferable but can learn on the job
Proficient reading Profit and Loss, Balance sheet and Cash Flow Statement
High level of organization and follow through
COMPENSATION
This is a full-time position and a majority of the hours worked must be in the USA CST time zone. There will be a three months training period to
