Digital Artist (For Sketches)

Hello there,

I run a Youtube channel focused on animated history. I already have a small art team in place, but I'm looking to expand it. What I need is an individual who can sketch and do line work, working off of reference picture's but still draw something original.

You wouldn't have to do any coloring, only sketching and inking. So for example, I could give you a task that went something like this:

"I need you to draw a picture of Napoleon Bonaparte in his tent looking over a table of maps". I would provide reference photos of both Napoleon in this example as well as people looking over maps, but then you would have to fuse the two and create something somewhat original.

I live in the US, so there would be a 12 hour time difference, so you would work whatever hours you like. I would add you to our Slack and you could ask questions of the other artists.

I would like to pay per video, and I pay everyone once the video is published. At the ---------- nt I would require about 5 picture's per video, sometimes more, and sometimes less. This would be over about a 2 week period. I'm thinking somewhere in the range of $100 USD per video to start, and we could adjust that later if need ---------- your response to me, write the word "Banana" in the subject line so that I know you actually read my post.
