So now, you might be wondering: What is the job and what are the requirements?

Since you will be my SEO expert, you have a very important role of helping my various SEO clients to rank at the top for their target keywords on Google.

You will be working on a number of different SEO projects at the same time. To perform the role, here are the overall requirements

--At least 3 years of hands on SEO experience with keyword research, on-page optimization, off-page backlinking (only white-hat SEO techniques), and content creation
--Demonstrated history of achieving good SEO results and rankings for websites
--Be able to work full time, 40 hours per week. Work hours are flexible, but you will need to be available to meet with me from 8am-1pm Puerto Rico time (which is 8pm-1am your time in the Philippines)

--Strong written and verbal English
--Proficient with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahref (I will cover any costs for SEO tools that you use)
--Great attention to detail to complete SEO tasks
--Experience with common online marketing tools relevant to SEO, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, GTMetrix, and Google Page Speed Insights

Your role will constantly be changing. As the company grows, you may have to lead a team of virtual employees on SEO projects, and take on more and more leadership roles. A big part of this job is to stay on your toes, always ready for action and change.

NICE TO HAVES (Not mandatory, but these will give you an edge and you should mention them in your application):
--Ideally have experience working with an agency environment already (ie. another agency that does SEO or marketing)
--Basic knowledge of websites such as HTML, Shopify, Wordpress, or other website builders (ie. Webflow or Squarespace)
--Any technical SEO optimization experience such as load time optimization, image optimization (big plus, but not mandatory)

Here is the compensation:

This job will start off at $4 USD/Hour (php 200/hour), but there is a LOT of room to grow. The person for this role would be making $5-6 USD/hour 6-9 months from now, and possibly even $7-10 USD/hour 2-3 years from now. Plus I will offer bonuses/incentives for achieving great SEO results for clients.

Again, if you are looking for quick money, this is NOT for you. Only for people who have a long term vision to grow with my company. This also gives you opportunities to grow in leadership roles in my company overtime. For example, if you perform well you can be promoted to more leadership roles in my company, and oversee tea ---------- mbers.
