Email and Marketing Specialist

I'm looking for someone fluent in creating workflows and marketing/sales funnels for a business. I am opening a school and I need a marketing/email campaign set up to drive customers awareness and signups for the school!
I would like someone with experience in this sector as well as experience with FloDesk or another email workflow system.
