Full-time Valuation Accountant

We're looking for an accountant to assist us and our clients in valuations of medical equipment and personal property.

If you've had any public accounting experience, this may be the perfect role for you. We've been working with hospitals, surgery centers and physicians for over 20 years to assist them with their needs. Happy to train the right person, so don't be intimidated -- just be curious.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Leading desktop valuation projects - obtaining asset lists from clients and performing the valuation research.
- Preparing valuation reports.
- Working with our internal team to facility on-site inventories. We have a US based team that will perform on-site inventories and provide you with the information needed for the valuation.
- Data reconciliation - On several of our inventories, you can work with the US based team to assist in reconciling the clients' asset ledger to the physical inventory.
- Cost segregation reports -- we perform research to understand how to segregate the costs of medical equipment.
- Project reporting - You'll work with our in-house accountant on project reporting and other projects when there is capacity and curiosity.
