We are looking for an experienced and hard-working customer service associate/virtual assistant to answer customer queries and complaints in a quick, proficient, and professional manner. To do well in this role, you should have an outgoing and positive demeanor, a motivated and energetic work ethic, remain calm when customers are frustrated and be reliable and trustworthy.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional and outstanding customer
Identifying customer questions, concerns, and overall needs, and responding promptly, and providing accurate answers and solutions.
Addressing and resolving customer complaints in a compassionate and patient manner.
Be knowledgeable in the operational process and follow operations procedures.
Record customer interactions, feedback, and complaints.
Performing other duties as the need arises.
Requirements and Qualifications:
1 year Customer service experience is a must
Knowledgeable in using Canva (Social Media Content Creation)
Experience in calling Leads is a plus!
Strong English communication skills (both verbal & written)
Average computer literacy
Motivated, energetic and driven work ethic
Outgoing, friendly and compassionate personality
Time management skills
Ability to work independently or with a team
Ability to multitask and solve problems under pressure
Ability to work with less supervision
