Data Analyst

Looking for a independent thinker and motivator that can analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recomendations based on findings. Need to be adept at finding patterns in large data sets and realizing potential for KPI growth based on those Upgrade to see actual infot just looking for someone to crunch data, but to also report on the finding in the data in an eloquent mannor. Must have strong communications skills.

Requirements
- Experience interpretting data and anlyzing large data sets and presenting findings independently with little to know supervision.
- Fluent in english as we are a US based company looking for someone that we can easily communicate with.
- Proficient to expert level knowledge of excel and other spreadsheet programs.
- Tableau or other powerful analytics software experience

Preferred but not required
- Python and Pandas/Numpy experience/knowledge
- Experience with other Data Science python libraries that allow powerful manipulation of data sets
- Matplotlib, Plotly, or other charting library experience to build out custom dashboards or custom reports from our data.

Duties
-Work with executives and other business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement
-Create reports for internal teams and/or external clients
-Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to collect and analyze data
-Use graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize data
-Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions
-Structure large data sets to find usable information
-Work with a team of analysts and other associates to process information
-Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings
