# Responsibilities
In this role, you will be expected to work on our company’s executive team to grow the business through marketing and outreach. You will research information about our customers (real estate developers) and competitors to project future growth and identify possible sales opportunities. You will guide our business’s overall marketing strategy and cultivate its public image to gain market share and inspire confidence in customers. You will lead a talented team of marketing professionals to select the most lucrative marketing channels and curate company content to tell a compelling brand story. You will analyze revenue sources and predict how advertising could help us generate the highest possible return on their investment.
Other responsibilities:
- Report weekly measurables to the leadership team
- Create and implement short and long-term marketing strategies to meet sales team goals and annual sales targets
- Hire, train, and motivate the marketing and sales team to provide better customer service to your clients
- Generate new business while also increasing customer loyalty by cultivating long-term relations with patrons
- Evaluate market trends to determine pricing to balance costs, competition, and supply and demand
- Prepare accurate and complete sales reports documenting marketing budgets, current market share, direct sales, and outline marketing plans
- Consult with sales managers and stakeholders to evaluate the company's performance
# Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or CMO
- Hands-on experience in content management
- Excellent management skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Familiarity with market research
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
