Website/Graphic Designer (Full-Time)

We are looking for an experienced, high-end Website Designer to join our team of passionate, talented, and honest people. At Law Firm Sites, we are dedicated to helping our clients get more cases through stunning website design. For over 20 years, we’ve created great lawyer websites that create a stunning first impression.

Web Designer Job Responsibilities:
• Take ownership of design projects.
• Design page layouts and templates from scratch.
• Produce design assets for use in social media, SEO, and marketing channels.
• Develop and maintain consistent branding.
• Collaborate with our Sales, Marketing, Development, and other teams.
• Utilize data, analytics, and funnels in making design decisions.
• Work with front-end web developers and project managers to deploy designs.
• Select and prepare imagery.
• Use design standards, guidelines, and best practices
• Collaborate with the team via Zoom Calls or Slack huddles.

Web Designer Requirements
• 5+ years of Web Design experience
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Be an expert with Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, Canva, and Google Applications
• Awareness of UI/UX principles
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Excellent communication skills - you have a way with words & can connect easily with others
• Creativity and willingness to work on one's own initiative
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Comfort working in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Work MDT (Time in American Fork, UT, USA)
