Agency Manager

We are a startup in Australia with tea ---------- mbers all around the world. We have a ton of projects both internally and externally that need some additional support.

We are looking for an Agency Manager who will supervise and coordinate all aspect of an agency.

Scope of work:
• Work with agents and clients to ensure that targets are met.
• Ensure that relevant policies and guidelines are upheld.
• Ensure that client satisfaction is achieved.
• Create improvement plans for the agency.
• Setting meeting and monthly targets.
• Liaise to clients to ensure improved services.

Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills is a must.
With at least 5 years relevant work experience in a client / customer service industry.
