Job Scope
Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
Follow-up calls with buyers to find out their needs and wants in a home, then search properties that meet those needs. Propose and buy a new home that meets the customer's utmost satisfaction.
Follow-up calls with home sellers to find out why are they selling etc...?
Arrange for the creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to generate business leads
Support superior by coordinating with customers on appointments and processes.
Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering
Research Market trends and analyze the competitive edges of the team
Suggest and create ideas to meet Sales Goals and strive to meet month-end goals set by the Director.
Job Responsibilities
Demonstrated ability to assist senior management with any additional work as needed
Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new sales with customers, including add-on services
Must have strong communication skills to create and distribute newsletters and memos to keep in close touch with all the customers.
Stand out and well equip with market knowledge to get the trust of potential clients.
Be strongly skilled in organization, problem-solving, customer service orientated, and multitasking while being committed to excellence
Job Requirements:
At least 2 Years (s) of working experience in the related Sales industry will be complementary to the position
Past sales experience is preferred
Self-motivation and drive
Show good organizational and time management skills
· Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
· Good spoken and written skills in English and Mandarin
· Required Skill(s): PROFICIENT in Microsoft Office Skills is essential.
· Careful and attentive to the details of work.
· Able to meet tight deadlines & hands-on experience independently
· Positive and optimistic character, able to adapt to change in the workplace.
Remuneration
· Working 5.5 days / Tues to Saturday
Support remotely from Home, ability to work outside normal working hours or weekends and attend to the Sales Superior.
Leave: 12 – 14 days
